Ý 1: Given the chance to continue to work, the elderly can ensure their financial conditions.

• The old people are truly self-reliant. In other words, they will not have to live on the money of their offspring.

Ý 2: During the working period, the elderly people can gain happiness and life satisfaction.

• Through continuing to dedicate themselves to companies, the emotions of being worthless will be hindered.

Ý 3: The realistic experience and lessons accumulated over a long period of the seniors are valuable, which can be imparted to the inexperienced young people.

• By this way, new recruits can learn specialized knowledge and accomplish their tasks faster and more efficiently --> increase the productivity of companies as well as community.

Ý 1: The old people may suffer from heart attack, memory loss, eye strain and other diseases. Those problems can become obstacles to them completing their job assignments.

• As a result, their work performance as well as health needs to be taken into consideration to alleviate potential negative impacts. 

Ý 2: The elderly cannot satisfy the current working requirements of creativity, accuracy and adaptation with modern technology.

• For example, the old cannot adapt to up-to-date technological devices and need the support from their colleagues --> The working productivity may be deteriorated unintentionally. 

Ý 2: The long-term consequence of this tendency is unemployment.

• As a matter of fact, the number of graduates who cannot find a job is increasing, which is partly due to the longer working age --> It leads to many social problems when they do not have a means to earn money.
