Ý 1: The practice of relocating companies and plants is, theoretically, likely to ease the contemporarily unbearable pressure on existing traffic facilities and solve traffic congestion.
→ Due to the influx of labourers to suburbs instead of city centers, there should be fewer individual vehicles on urban roads and streets.
Ý 2: A great wave of migration from cities to the countryside as an expected consequence of moving firms to rural areas is deemed to redistribute urban population to surrounding places.
→ It is understandable that the reduced density of population will help more people to get housed with more affordable price, addressing the shortage of accommodation.
Ý 1: It requires enormous investment in industrial supporting facilities such as roads, railways, power plants and gas stations, not to mention residential ones like schools, hospitals, supermarkets and so on.
→ While it raises the cost of transportation and commuting, there is no guarantee that its financial rewards will pay off.
Ý 2: Such relocation of firms and workshops creates a number of newly founded satellite cities, which on the one hand lessens the burden on metropolises but on the other hand devastates natural environment in the countryside.
→ It is not an exaggeration to say that the nature is ruined in exchange for solutions to traffic congestion and housing scarcity.
